Disclaimer — EMI is not an investment advisor.
EMI is an intelligence engine — software that processes public information into structured trade ideas. EMI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. Nothing on this site is personal investment advice.
1. Not advice
Alerts, casefiles, paper-book entries, blog posts and dashboard data are educational and informational only. They are not personalized recommendations. They do not consider your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Consult a qualified, licensed advisor before making any investment decision.
2. Markets carry risk
Trading equities, options, futures, forex and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss, up to and including total loss of capital. Leveraged products (options, futures, perpetuals, margined forex) can lose more than the initial amount risked. Only trade capital you can afford to lose.
3. Past performance, paper book
The EMI paper book reflects simulated trades. Live results would be affected by slippage, commissions, taxes, available liquidity and your own execution. Past performance — paper or live — is not indicative of future results. Win-rate and P/L statistics quarantine rows with malformed geometry; default views exclude them.
4. Sources and accuracy
EMI processes data from SEC EDGAR, news vendors, options-flow providers, on-chain feeds and prediction markets. We make best efforts to verify each source, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. You should not rely on EMI as your sole source of information for any trade.
5. No solicitation
Nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or digital asset. The site is operated for retail traders who already understand expected value and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
6. Asset-class specifics
- Options. Read the OCC's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading any option.
- Futures. Futures involve substantial leverage. Read your broker's risk disclosures.
- Forex. Margined currency trading carries leverage risk and is not suitable for everyone.
- Crypto. Digital assets are highly volatile, vary by jurisdiction, and may not be regulated as securities.
7. Forward-looking statements
Anything on this site that isn't a description of past or current state is forward-looking and subject to change. EMI's signals reflect the model's current understanding, which is bounded by available data and updated cycle-to-cycle.
8. Do your own homework
Always. Then do it again.
