Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-01. These terms govern your use of Enhanced Market Intelligence (EMI), including optional broker connections and customer-directed order tools where available. Creating an account or using the service means you agree to these terms; live trading requires a separate, affirmative confirmation.
1. Who we are
"EMI", "we" and "us" refer to Enhanced Market Intelligence and its operators. The service includes the website at enhancedmarketintelligence.com, the dashboard at dashboard.enhancedmarketintelligence.com, associated alert channels, internal signal and performance surfaces, and optional customer-directed broker tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive market-intelligence content in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local law.
3. The subscription
EMI is a paid subscription, billed monthly per asset desk you select, with bundle discounts as stated on the pricing page. The 7-day trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, billing begins on the date you elect to subscribe and recurs monthly until you cancel from your dashboard.
4. What you get — and what you don't
You receive access to alerts, casefiles, EMI's internal signal book, performance analytics and the dashboards corresponding to the desks you subscribe to. Where separately enabled, you may connect a supported broker and direct EMI to transmit a specific order plan that you preview and confirm.
You do not receive individualized investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, fiduciary services, tax advice or legal advice. EMI is not your broker, custodian or registered investment adviser. EMI does not hold customer funds or securities and does not request withdrawal or transfer authority.
5. Customer-Directed Brokerage Tools
EMI may allow eligible users to connect a brokerage account and review an order based on an EMI alert.
Robinhood Agentic pairing uses Robinhood’s official Trading MCP and a dedicated live Agentic account. Pairing verifies the connection but does not by itself enable EMI order submission. EMI’s customer order feature remains unavailable until the dashboard expressly presents a complete order preview and confirmation action.
EMI does not place a customer order unless the authenticated user expressly reviews and confirms the specific order. You remain solely responsible for deciding:
- whether to trade;
- which brokerage account to use;
- the quantity or position size;
- the order type and price;
- whether the proposed stop and target levels are appropriate;
- whether the transaction is suitable for your financial circumstances.
EMI alerts and order previews are standardized market-intelligence outputs. They are not based on your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, tax position or risk tolerance and are not personalized investment recommendations.
Submitting an order through EMI does not guarantee that the broker will accept, execute or fully fill the order. Prices may change before submission or execution. Orders may be rejected, partially filled, delayed, duplicated by a broker error or executed at a price different from the displayed quote.
Your broker, and not EMI, holds your account, money and assets and controls final execution. EMI does not accept deposits, hold customer funds, custody securities or digital assets, or initiate withdrawals or transfers.
Unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise, EMI does not monitor, modify, cancel, trail, resize or manage a customer’s live order or position after submission. EMI’s internal paper-book management may differ materially from the result in your brokerage account.
You must verify every order and broker receipt. You are responsible for contacting your broker immediately if an order appears incorrect, duplicated, incomplete or unauthorized.
EMI may restrict or disable brokerage functionality by account, provider, instrument, jurisdiction or system condition at any time.
6. Your broker account responsibilities
You represent that you own or are authorized to use every account you connect, that the information and permissions you provide are accurate, and that your use complies with your broker's agreements and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining enough buying power or margin, monitoring every submitted order and position directly at the broker, reviewing broker confirmations and statements, and revoking access when it is no longer wanted.
Do not provide a broker website password. Use provider-hosted authorization where offered, or a dedicated, minimum-scope token where an approved provider requires one. Do not provide withdrawal or transfer permission.
For Robinhood Agentic, complete authorization on Robinhood’s own desktop flow and use the dedicated Agentic account. Disconnect through EMI and revoke the agent through Robinhood when access is no longer wanted.
7. Beta and availability
EMI and any connected-trading feature may be labeled beta. Beta services may contain defects, be interrupted or be withdrawn. A beta label does not reduce your responsibility to review an order, and a risk disclosure does not guarantee execution, protection or availability. We may disable a provider, connection or trading environment immediately for security, compliance, provider, reconciliation or duplicate-order risk.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) resell or rebroadcast EMI alerts without written permission, (b) reverse-engineer the dashboard or scrape the alert feed, (c) misrepresent EMI output as your own research, (d) use the service to coordinate market manipulation, or (e) violate any applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The EMI brand, dashboards, source code, models, content and aggregated data are owned by EMI or its licensors. You may quote individual alerts or casefiles for personal commentary with attribution; bulk reuse requires a license.
10. Performance and trading disclaimers
EMI output is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Markets carry substantial risk. EMI Book results are a signal-quality ledger recognized on qualified internal lifecycle exits; they are not a broker statement, customer-account return or promise of execution. Normalized dollar figures use stated model risk and are not realized customer P&L. Broker-native values appear only when verified as such. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Quotes can become stale, markets can gap through stops, liquidity can disappear, and orders can be rejected or filled at a different price or quantity. A displayed stop is not proof that a protective broker order exists. You are solely responsible for any trade you direct or place.
11. Third-party providers
Brokers, exchanges, market-data providers and payment or delivery vendors are independent third parties with their own agreements, disclosures, fees, privacy practices and availability. EMI does not control their decisions or systems and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Disconnecting EMI does not necessarily cancel an order already accepted by a broker.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMI's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. EMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.
13. Termination and disconnection
You may cancel any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a security, provider, compliance or order-integrity risk. On termination, your access to alerts and the dashboard ends and EMI disables its connection path. You remain responsible for reviewing and managing orders and positions at your broker and for revoking EMI through the broker. Data retention follows the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes and electronic consent
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here. Where law or the feature requires affirmative consent, EMI records the document version and does not enable the corresponding connection or order action until you accept it. A live-order confirmation is specific to the displayed order plan; it is not standing authority for future orders.
