SMS Terms

EMI SMS alerts are an account setting for paid or beta desks.

Enhanced Market Intelligence sends optional SMS market alerts only after an eligible dashboard user enables SMS in their account and confirms consent. Public website visitors cannot subscribe from this page.

Opt out: reply STOP to any EMI SMS. Help: reply HELP or email support@enhancedmarketintelligence.com.

Eligibility

SMS access is limited to active paid subscriptions, beta desk access, or accounts explicitly allowed by EMI admin. Free users are not eligible by default.

Consent

Users enable SMS inside the EMI dashboard account center. EMI records the phone number, consent timestamp, terms URL, privacy URL, and consent text.

Frequency

Message frequency varies with market activity and alert quality gates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from EMI SMS.
Disable SMS from the dashboard account page.
Admin can deny SMS access for any account.
